Q: After I contact Shannon about membership and turn in the Questionnaire and photos, when will my membership begin?
A: Membership will begin immediately. If Shannon finds any problems with either your Questionnaire or photos, she will let you know, and correct accordingly.
Q: Is there any way to pause or stop my Membership with the ability to renew later?
A: Absolutely! Simply Contact Shannon and she will discountinue it for you. If you wish to renew at another time you may do so.
Q: What are the exact steps taken once my most compatible match is found?
A: Shannon will send an e-mail to both individuals with the first name of their most compatible match and ask if you would like to look at their 'specs'; these include birth-chart information and pictures. Both parties must agree to share more information in writing or e-mail.
If both individuals agree to take the next step towards contact, Shannon then must have consent to share your e-mail address with the other person. If Shannon does not obtain consent from one person or the other within 1 month she will assume the person is not interested ; however, if both agree and decide to exchange e-mails, then you're next step is to contact them - and that's it!
Q: Does Shannon conduct background and criminal checks?
A: Without strcit, formal consent, no. However, if you wish to have a background check performed on yourself you may request to do so,which is a $10.00 fee, and that information will be added to the DatingBase. If your match is found you will know whether or not they have opted for the check, and what, if anything, was on it.
