Q: Why does Shannon need me to fill out this Questionnaire?
A: Because if she doesn't have this basic information she will be unable to help you. It is pertinent for both the exclusive DatingBase service and the Astrological Match-Maker.
Q: How do I fill out and send the Questionnaire?
Step 1: Click on the word 'Questionnaire' and the page you are on should show the downloaded document at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Click the 'down' arrow next to the downloaded document and click 'Open'
Step 3: Click 'Enable Editing' on the Microsoft word document page that should open automatically into a screen you will be able to type on.
*If you wish to skip steps 3-8 and 'copy and paste' the Questionnaire directly to an e-mail, then edit your answers accordingly, you may do that as well.
Steps 4 and 5: Type out your information onto the Questionnaire where there are blank spaces and highlight multiple choice answers, then press B (Top left of 'Word' page) to make your choices Bold (or find any other way to make them stand out!)
Step 6: On the very top, left hand corner of the 'Word' document page press 'File' then scroll down to 'Save As'
Step 7: A new page will open. Be sure to choose a file location you will be able to easily get to and save your document under a file name you will remember. Then press 'save'.
Step 8: Go into your e-mail account and press the 'Compose' button (if you are using g-mail that will be on the top left). A new window should come up and you will press the 'attachment' (paperclip) button at the bottom where another screen will appear. Find the file name you saved your Questionnaire as and select, then press 'Open'. It should attach to the e-mail automatically.
Q: What if I don't know my birthtime or birthplace?
A: Your match may not be accurate. You can find the information on your birth certificate if you are unsure. If you still wish to use one of the Spiritual Experience services without this information Shannon can discuss further options with you; however, for the best results it is imperitive that you know where and when you were born.
Q: How do I update information on the Questionnaire?
A: Contact Shannon and explain to her which information you would like to update and she will adjust your Questionnaire accordingly.
